WWJ and Chicago Workers’ Collaborative file first complaints under groundbreaking new law

Warehouse Workers for Justice and the Chicago Workers’ Collaborative have filed the first two complaints under Illinois’ Right To Privacy In The Workplace Act.  This law protects workers from misuse of electronic employment verification systems by their employers.
